At TCG Hospitality, we strive to deliver high-quality products and services that meet the expectations of our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel a purchase. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service, you must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the scheduled start date of the service.
Cancellations made within this time frame may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined in your service agreement.

Product Cancellations

Once a product (such as digital downloads or access to online tools) has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

No Refunds

All sales of products and services from TCG Hospitality are final. Once purchased, there will be no refunds issued unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by TCG Hospitality.
This policy applies to all digital products, downloadable content, and services, including consultations, training sessions, and project deliverables.

Exception Handling

In the rare event that a refund is deemed necessary, it will only be processed if TCG Hospitality provides written consent acknowledging the specific circumstances under which the refund will be granted.
Any such refund will be processed according to the terms outlined in the written agreement.
