Shipping and Delivery Policy

For digital assets such as documents, templates, and other files, we will deliver your purchase directly to the email address you provided during checkout.

You will receive an email containing a download link or attached files within 24 hours of your purchase.

Please ensure that your email address is accurate and that you check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

For larger digital assets that cannot be delivered via email, we will provide the content on a PEN drive.

The PEN drive will be shipped to the physical address provided during your purchase.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location but typically take between 5-7 business days.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and added to your total purchase amount.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery details.

If your order is delivered via PEN drive, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available) once the item is dispatched.

 Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you do not receive your PEN drive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@tcghospitality.in . We will work with the shipping provider to resolve any issues.
